If i can't make the Live Calls, will i have access to the replay?"Yes all Event calls are recorded and will be made available to you for 90 days after the event, if you have purchased a One-Time ticket. Lifetime Access is only available to Mastery Members.

On which platform does Riana's live event calls take place?Riana's live calls are via Zoom Audio or Zoom Video or Instant Teleseminar, this will be communicated to you prior to the event date. All relevant call information will be sent to your email.

What's the refund policy on programs and courses?There are no refund policy on courses or programs.

If a course/program has live calls, and i don't attend, will get access to the replay?"Yes. All recordings are emailed to participants within 24 hours of each live call if they have purchased the program independently. If it is accessed via the Members Portal, replays will only be accessed Online.

How do i access the program/course audios?All audios are downloadable and will either be sent to your personal email or you will have access to them via the members online portal.

How often can i listen to the audio mp3's?You may listen to them as often as you wish, Riana however advises to listen to the audios in consecutive order. One audio every 24 hours to allow for integration. You may also complete these at your own pace as you have lifetime access to the programs you have purchased.

Can Riana answer my personal questions via email?Due to the high volume of emails and requests, Riana is unable to respond to personal questions sent via email, but is always holding space for your healing. Riana does love answering your questions in some of her Live Events or on the Membership Access Portal.

Can i sign up for a private session with Riana?Yes, Riana has recently reopened the opportunity to have a 30-minute private session with her though they do tend to quickly sell out. It's best to check availability with customer service first or keep an eye out for announcements in the weekly newsletter. What's the cancellation policy?You can cancel your membership at any time. You do also get a 7 Day Free Trial.

Is it a one-time payment or a recurring subscription?Both the monthly and the annual Premium subscriptions are recurring payments. Here’s an example: If you opted in today for the $44 monthly subscription, then in one month from now, your card will be automatically charged for $40 until you cancel the subscription. If you opted in today for the $444 annual membership, then in one year from now, your card will be automatically charged for $400, until you cancel the subscription.

How often will I get new content?Mastery Members receive new content every month. This includes 1 Livestream transmission each month - as well as 1 mp3 audio teaching or meditation each month. You also get instant access to 7 of Riana's most Powerful programs and ALL New Upcoming Programs and Online Events. All of this content is made available exclusively to you when you become a Premium member.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly membership?With yearly membership you get 2 months free membership. Meaning you only pay for 10 months instead of 12.

As well as about posting topics unrelated to Riana's curriculum and curriculum subject matters.

Am i able to share posts about my personal business or offerings?This is NOT a forum to promote yourself, your friends, your business, your healng work, or your non profit ministry. Any outside promotion distracts from that educational intention.

I see there are different private groups in the Community forum, may i join them?"If you have purchased the relevant program on this website or any other platform, then yes you may apply to join that specific group. The private groups are exclusive to those who have invested in these programs and have worked through or is still working through these sacred integrations, healings and Riana's teachings. These private groups have been exclusively created for initiates to join a community where all who attend are working through specific codes, teachings and frequencies to be embodied.

How and when do i receive my product ordered? Do i get confirmation?Digital Products Digital Products are Lifetime Access and content will be delivered to you via a download link sent to your email immediately upon purchasing. Physical Products For physical products, please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Online Events or Future created Products If you have purchased a product or event, which is digital or online, but still needs to personally be created for you, or takes place at a future date, you will receive an additional confirmation email from our support team, regarding delivery dates or online delivery dates for these purchase.
